Policies and Legal
We understand that circumstances can change and that financial difficulty can affect anyone.
If you are having difficulty paying for a GTE internet, phone, mobile or related telecommunications service, please contact us as early as possible. You have the right to apply for payment assistance. There is no charge to apply, be assessed or receive payment assistance. We will work with you to identify realistic options based on your circumstances and capacity to pay.
Keeping customers connected is our priority. Suspension or disconnection will only be considered as a last resort.
Green Triangle Electronics recognises that safe and reliable access to phone, mobile and internet services can be especially important for people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, domestic, family or sexual violence. This support also applies where sexual violence occurs outside a domestic or family relationship.
GTE has policies and procedures in place to protect the safety, privacy and security of affected people.
If you contact us, we will treat you with dignity, respect and compassion. We will prioritise your safety, privacy and ability to remain connected. You only need to tell us that you require domestic, family or sexual violence support. You do not need to describe what happened or provide evidence, except in the limited circumstances permitted by law.
Green Triangle Electronics Pty Ltd (GTE) is committed to handling complaints fairly, promptly and respectfully.
You have the right to make a complaint about a GTE telecommunications product, service, bill, account, fault, outage or the way we have handled an earlier concern. Telling us that you are dissatisfied and would like the matter investigated is enough. For complete information, please read our full Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy.
